About us

It all started in our kitchen—just making empanadas for ourselves and sharing them with close friends.

Then the neighbors got a taste, and word spread quickly. What began as a simple love for Argentinian flavors turned into something much bigger.

We took a leap and started selling at the Woodstock Farmers Market, where the response was overwhelming and encouraging. That support gave us the confidence to open our first store in Jasper, GA—Station 10 Empanadas.

Every step of the journey has been fueled by passion, community, and a desire to share something authentic and handmade.

Inside the STATION

Our space is designed to feel warm, simple, and inviting — much like the cozy bakeries you find tucked into family neighborhoods. With natural light, clean lines, and a view into our kitchen, Station 10 is a place to slow down, enjoy real food, and feel at home.

Thanks to the incredible firefighters in the picture, we are here today.

Not only are we sharing these delicious empanadas with you, but also honoring them for saving my life. They are the true heroes of Cherokee Country Fire Department Station 10. That’s why we named our business after them.

On December 18th, 2019, after feeling chest pain, my wite rushed me to Station 10. Without hesitation, they took me inside, assessed the situation, and quickly recognized I was having a major heart attack. They rushed me straight to the hospital, saving my life.

Atter the procedure, we made sure to take them the first batch of empanadas as a token of our immense gratitude.

Traveling from Orlando happened upon this new restaurant, and not only did we enjoy the very fresh, tasty food,  we loved hearing the story of how this restaurant came to be ! The selecton of empanadas was great, and the coffee was wonderful!  We had the chicken, pork, three cheese and beef empanads, fresh from the ovens !! Lovely decor, looks so upscale, but welcoming at the same time.  Husband and I look forward to visiting again, and wish you all the best !!

The bathroom would rival a New York luxury high-rise dwelling! Chef Manny and all employees are very professional as well as friendly, giving the place an excellent vibe... We go there whenever we're in Jasper. And also buy quite a few to freeze at home for later! Great for date night as you can BYOB!🍻🥂🥃🍹🍸🍷🍾🧃🧉 SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT!
